A planned buying pathway for different needs, from one household to a customer project.
Five buyer pathways
Private and residential buyers: prepare the intended use, property location, current equipment and the outcomes you want to achieve.
Farms and regional businesses: consider seasonal demand, remote access, site conditions and service availability.
Commercial and industrial buyers: describe operating loads, technical requirements, approval responsibilities and procurement constraints.
Retailers, distributors and resellers: prepare business details, intended markets and product traceability and warranty needs.
Contractors purchasing for customer projects: clarify your authority, scope, delivery location and the responsibilities agreed with your customer.
Research before purchasing
RRE plans to bring product comparison, exact-model evidence, supplier information, freight assumptions and complete delivered costs together. Buyers should review what is included and excluded, delivery access, warranty terms, spare parts and who handles support before committing.
Equipment identifiers, manuals, delivery records and warranty information are intended to support future maintenance and enquiries. These features remain planned until verified as available.
Installation is a separate arrangement
Product purchasing does not automatically include installation. Buyers may organise appropriately qualified trades directly, or engage a qualified business for an agreed scope. Each business is responsible for the work it contracts to perform, including relevant commissioning and documentation.
